"When you do that it REALLy irritates me!"
I've said this way more times than I care to remember when someone does something in a different way than I would have done it.

- when someone doesn't clean up the kitchen - for days...
- or they write you a loooooong email
- or get upset because you didn't buy them something when you were out
- or look for ways to make a quick escape, when all you want to do is share what happened
- or they didn't even notice that you've had your hair cut!!!

Stress is one of the most common and disruptive things in most of our lives today.
It's the cause of illness, relationship break up's and deep dissatisfaction with our everyday life.
This morning I noticed how stressed I was and how much it is disrupting my week. As I sat with the Lord, He revealed 3 keys that helped me go from lying awake at 1am to being deeply reassured that He's got me.

It brought so much trust and delight that my faith could be anchored in Him that I felt anxiety being replaced by peace.
