How To Find Peace In The Chaos

Ever had a day where everything feels like it’s going wrong?
Our kitchen sink backed up, the dishwasher overflowed, and dirty dishes ended up in the bathroom sink... It was chaotic, gross, and super frustrating.

But in the middle of it all, the Holy Spirit gently nudged me:
👉 “You could choose peace instead.”

We all walk through seasons where pain makes it harder to sense God’s presence — physical pain, emotional struggles, mental battles.

You pray, you worship... but the heaviness still lingers sometimes. I know that place. That’s why I want to share 3 simple tools that have helped me + Frans stay connected with God — even on the hardest days:

 

✨ Borrow someone else’s joy (Philippians 4:4)

✨ Declare: “God is my Plan A — I have no Plan B” (Hebrews 12:2)

✨ Practice simple gratitude (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

 

When we use these tools, our hearts reconnect with Him — and that connection is EVERYTHING.
