In Mat 7:7-8 Jesus says, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened..." (NIV)
As we all know, we don't seem to get everything we ask for, so I sat with the Lord and asked Him for keys to help us understand how to receive the goodness what is on His heart to give to us each day.

There will always be times when we have the opportunity to feel afraid.
Whether it's because you're facing a giant.
Whether it's because you're stepping out in faith.
Whether it's because you just can't see past what's currently happening on your life.
We have made the move to Austin, TX and now that we're 3 days in, fear is getting louder and louder in my ear. So, this morning as I went walking and talking with Jesus, He gave me 3 keys to help me tune out of the fear channel and into the Faith channel instead.
Phew, the faith channel feels MUCH better...
