People can be frustrating! It's just the nature of humanity. Jesus gave me this key verse in Philippians that invites us to hold people in our hearts and see them through God's eyes.
The way Paul actively goes after God's viewpoint and then how he stewards their lives, is inspirational. It's a big key as to how to get God's perspective on each person we have the opportunity to meet and do life with.

"If only...
I had enough money in the bank, everything would be OK
My kids were behaving themselves
My family and friends were saved
I was healthy
My co-worker stopped being so irritating
I was married
then everything would be OK"
So often we have a picture in our head of the answer to a problem that we think will relieve all of our stress and bring us peace. We work towards that solution. We dream about that solution. We pray for that solution.
But Jesus tells us that He is the Prince of Peace and that our 'solution' comes from Him and not our outside circumstances being resolved.
